The compressor assembly is exquisitely crafted, and the sealing and power adjustment are meticulously carried out. This serves as the "heart" of the system.
Subsequently, the intelligent electronic control board is embedded. The integrated chips and circuits can sensitively control temperature, water flow, and pressure. When assembling the inner tank and the outer shell, the sealant and screws are tightened to prevent heat loss.
After the system is initially assembled, it undergoes deep vacuuming before injecting the appropriate refrigerant. Then, a water injection test is conducted to simulate different working conditions and test the cooling, heating, and hot water supply functions. Once all indicators are qualified, labels are affixed, and the product is packaged and shipped out of the factory, delivering energy-saving and multifunctional home appliances to users.
