In the cutting process, high-precision CNC equipment accurately cuts high-quality metal plates in accordance with design specifications, creating a solid "skeleton" for the external unit body. Bending and stamping are carried out simultaneously to give the plate a shape that meets structural requirements, ensuring the compactness and durability of the external unit.
The manufacturing of evaporators and condensers is the core step. Copper tubes are finely coiled on automated equipment and matched with fins that have good hydrophilicity and thermal conductivity. Through the expansion process, they fit tightly to maximize the heat exchange area. After assembling the core component compressor, it is precisely docked with the two devices to establish an efficient refrigerant circulation system.
Next comes the implantation of the intelligent electronic control system. Pre-installed circuit boards and sensors are orderly embedded in the reserved positions. They are like the "brain" and "nerves" of the equipment, finely adjusting operating parameters and monitoring the status to ensure stable heating.
The assembly of the inner tank and the outer shell emphasizes the sealing process to prevent heat loss and water vapor intrusion. Before injecting R134A environmentally friendly refrigerant, strict vacuum treatment is carried out to enable the refrigerant to flow smoothly in an environment with almost zero impurities.
The finished product undergoes rigorous performance testing to simulate high temperature, low temperature, and high humidity working conditions. Only when all indicators meet the standards can it be packaged and shipped to the market to open up a new experience of energy-saving and warm homes for users.
